Asset finance generally requires a tangible asset as collateral, intangible assets such as IP, patents, trademarks, copyright or goodwill are excluded. Consumables or assets with short shelf life cannot be financed.
We are unable to finance land, real estate or livestock or finance art, antiques, jewellery or collectibles such as stamps or coins. We are also unable to finance boats, yachts or some specialised vehicles or uninsurable assets.
